Leave AWS for Hetzner: order of operations
Leaving AWS for Hetzner is mostly sequencing: inventory, estimate, stage, rehearse, cut over. CloudShiftAI drafts the estimate, a Terraform starting point and the runbook; people still review and run the move.
Before you choose
- Freeze an inventory of services and data volumes.
- Stand up the target in staging and test restores.
- Keep AWS running until rollback is no longer needed.
