Starter, Guided, and Enterprise are one-time, project-based fees, not subscriptions. If you cancel before we begin work on your engagement, email support@eliteagenticsolutions.com for a full refund. Once work on your engagement has started, fees for the portion of work already completed are non-refundable; contact us and we will work out a fair resolution for any engagement-specific dispute.
Card statements and Stripe receipts may show our previous trading name until the payment processor record is updated.
This add-on is a subscription and can be cancelled at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
