These Terms of Service govern your use of CloudShiftAI, operated by Elite AI Holdings LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
CloudShiftAI provides AI-assisted cloud migration planning and analysis — Starter, Guided, and Enterprise project engagements. CloudShiftAI never connects to or modifies any cloud account; AI-generated Terraform and runbooks are drafts that require human review before use.
Each engagement (Starter $299, Guided $999, Enterprise $3,000–$10,000) is a one-time, project-based fee. See our Refund Policy for cancellation terms. An optional ongoing cost-monitoring add-on ($49–$199/mo) bills monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
The Service is provided "AS IS". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite AI Holdings LLC's total liability is capped at the fees you paid us for the engagement giving rise to a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
